Taco's rigid vinyl rub rail with stainless steel insert provides durability and good looks (inserts sold separately). It is ideal for 20 to 40 foot boats.
• Vinyl rub rail sold in 20 ft lengths
• Color and gloss levels can be matched to gelcoats to blend rub rail with hull and deck
• Cutting and drilling is equivalent to wood
• Tight radius forming may require preheating
• Dimensions are given for the orientation shown in the illustrations
• Series 1025 takes #10 drilled & countersunk fasteners on 8" centers; all others take #8 drilled & countersunk fasteners on 6" centers
• S11-4510 SS insert is 3/4" hollowback 0.077" thick; the thinner S11-4511 is 0.062" thick; both are sold separately in various lengths
• S11-4650 is 1" hollowback (0.077"), and is also sold separately
• Note: due to their length, these items must be shipped via truck or air freight
