Exhaust Injection Water Mixer - 150 mm (6")

In some boats the exhaust muffler must be positioned so closely behind the engine's exhaust manifold (as in the case of near horizontal exhaust assemblies), that the injected cooling water does not always mix properly with the hot exhaust gases before it enters the muffler. This often results in the exhaust hose and/or the muffler becoming overheated.

Installation of a Vetus water mixer directly behind the exhaust manifold will overcome this problem.
