Series S Chine Dynamic Trim-Control Complete System Kit - 450 S Chine

A better alternative to cumbersome trim tab systems, Zipwake is an auto-adjusting, fast-acting, trim control system for planing and semi-planing boats.
Zipwake dynamic trim control systems come in the Series "S" for smaller boats, and Series "E" for larger vessels – each in several versions.

The basic Series "S" Trim Kits shown in this product entry, are suitable for 20 to 40 ft boats with hard chines and a cruising speed of 15 to 60 knots. They include (2) Chine Interceptor Trim Blades in a choice of two sizes – 12" or 18".

Chine interceptors provide a unique means of maximizing control over pitch and roll motion by utilizing the furthest outboard surfaces of the hull bottom for maximum leverage in lift generation.
As a rule, the lift effect of a chine interceptors matches the lift of a straight interceptor one size larger mounted just inboard of the hull chine , making them the go-to choice when selecting interceptors.
Chine interceptors are particularly useful when transom space is limited abeam of outboards or sterndrives.

Two sizes of Chine Kits are available – with 12" interceptor blades or 18" interceptor blades. Select which size according to how much room is available on the transom at the hull chine for mounting.
Zipwake Kits come complete with everything you need, including one pair of fast-acting interceptors, and all necessary parts and software for real-time trim control*.

Any base installation can be expanded with up to two extra pairs of Series S interceptors, thus allowing a total of six interceptors without any need for additional connectors or power supply.
